Masculine/Feminine Energy 

This is a beautiful process of unlearning in order to learn your truth and what you need and are being called to anchor into 

• There are two energies

  • Masculine

    • A provider energy

    • An active energy

    • When you anchor into the provider energy, you let go of the fear of not having enough

    • “I am able to provide for myself”. You know this because you are taking radical responsibility for your energetics and are trusting in your powers and efforts and knowing that you are being guided in each of them

  • Feminine

    • Unconditional love and nurturing

    • “I am perfect, whole, and complete”

    • “Their is nothing wrong with me” I’m not broken or need fixing

    • “My gifts are needed”

• Tapping into these 2 energies when needed will change your life

  • In any given season we will need to tap into one of these energies to cultivate that relationship

    • Notice which one you are being called to work with today

• Practice

  • learn to mother and father yourself

• We are taught that if we are not doing we are not worthy (not true) you are worthy simply for being you

  • In Living Aligned, it doesn’t work like this

  • Here, we surrender and then we take action

• When in Meditation

  • Ask the question, “Who am I?”

• Everything in your life is a part of your divine story and you get to accept it and be in peace with it

• Learn to trust your desires and ideas (intuition) the divine the universe source are here to co create with you

  • Your desires and daydreams are not an accident they are for you
